A Thanksgiving Prayer

Posted in [Success Stories], [College] By Patricia Frater

I thank you Lord for always being there for me.

            (Jehovah-Shammah...God is always there)

You give me peace when everything around me is murky.

            (Jehovah-Shalom...God is my peace)

God, You are my provider for every one of my needs.

            (Jehovah-Jireh...God is my provider)

I thank you Lord that when I repent of my sins You cleanse me
and see my sins no more.

            (Jehovah-M’Kaddesh...God is my sanctifier)

I thank you Lord for Your lovingkindness.

            (Jehovah-Rohi...God is my shepherd)

When I get sick, You are my healer.

            (Jehovah-Rophe...God is my healer)

You impart Your righteousness to me when I am faithful
 and seeking You.

(Jehovah-Tsidkenu...God is my righteousness)

You see the victory in every situation and help me see it so
we can be joint partners along the journey to prosperity.

(Jehovah-Nissi...God is my banner, my victory)

I thank you and I praise you Lord. Amen.
