Originally from the Northwest, Ben grew up in Longview, Washington. As a teenager, he recognized the call of the Lord on his life to be a pastor. When it was time for college, he came to the Ozarks to attend and later graduate from Southwest Baptist University. He became a committed member of Abundant Life Covenant Church in 1988. Pastor Davis was ordained in 1991 and served as youth and college pastor for the next 18 years. Starting with a handful of teenagers, the youth group grew and matured, based on a foundation of their identity in Christ. They grew in confidence knowing that Pastor Davis was committed to them for the long haul.
Pastor Davis became senior pastor of Abundant Life in July, 2009, after Co-founding Pastor A. Wilson Phillips transitioned to be with the Lord. He encourages everyone to act on the truth that God is good, has great plans for our future, and still performs miracles today. He believes people can become more than they ever thought possible as they trust and obey God's Word. His faith and enthusiasm for the future are contagious.
In addition to serving the church in many capacities, she has a vision for dance and leads the Covenant Dance Troupe. Holly has a conviction that the arts are from God and that they should reflect His glory. Through our women’s ministry, she also encourages women to reach their full potential as wives, mothers, and business women as they become “Women of the Word.”
Co-servants in the Lord, Holly and Pastor Davis are committed to lead together—believing, expecting, and witnessing the transforming power of God in the lives of people.
